CNET invited two contrasting articles on the broadcast flag. Communications attorney Jim Burger took the Why the broadcast flag won't work side and MPAA CEO Dan Glickman took the Why the broadcast flag should go forward side.
CommonBits also just posted a lecture (mp3) on this topic given 5/25 at the London campus of Florida State University by Cory Doctorow (he's against it also).
