The United States Supreme Court ruled today that cable television operators did not have to allow rivals to offer high-speed Internet access over their systems. ¶ In a 6-to-3 decision, the court said that the law on the matter was ambiguous and that the Federal Communications Commission, and not the courts, had the authority to interpret it. ...
