I posted a link to Andrew Cotlar's weblog last August wherein he recorded his personal experience bringing DTV to his household. Unfortunately, he quit blogging a few days after that -- hope that was a coincidence -- but he's back. Cotlar is an attorney who has published an article in CommLaw Conspectus titled, "The Road to Analog Switch-Off: How the United States Can Turn Off Its Analog Television Service Without Significant Service Disruption." He reprints the abstract on his weblog. Interesting reading. Link: Digital TV Conversion for the Cotlar Household. --Dennis
