Two big developments for TiVo this week. Dave Zatz reports on TiVo's winning their patent infringement case against Echostar in TiVo Sends EchoStar Packing and on the three-year extension of their DirecTV agreement (which I thought was toast) in TiVo And DirecTV Extend Pact.
