The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has been sponsoring a planning project, now winding up, under the able leadership of Jim Pagliarini, CEO of Twin Cities Public Television. As part of the exercise, a number of public television CEOs, including yours truly, were asked to imagine their stations in 2012 from three perspectives: (1) from the viewer's living room, (2) from the board room of a local foundation, and (3) from inside the station. In spite of that being 42 dog/Internet years away, I contributed one as did Jim and a dozen others.
