DirecTV HR20 HD DVR

I was just about to order a DirecTV HR20 HD DVR when Phillip Swann saved me from that mistake -- at least for a few months.  I normally rely on CNET reviews, but hadn't checked this one yet.  Should have done that, though, because the average user rating is only about half the 8.1 rating that CNET gave it (an unusually large number of users gave it an average 4.4).  That alone should be a warning -- normally user ratings track the professional one pretty well.  Apparently, the unit is very buggy and recent software updates haven't solved the problem.  --Dennis
