Rob Paterson was the consultant to National Public Radio when it was conducting a series of valuable "New Realities" meetings two years ago, and he's since consulted with other public media organizations. I was on its board of directors at the time and now Rob has written a post on his blog giving advice to yours truly as the new interim CEO of NPR. Be sure to read the comments also.
