When you get down to it, What do you use to gain vital information. TV. Most everyone I know has a TV. Not everyone I know has a cell phone. Especially one with a monthly bill. A lot of Americans use "Trek Phone", and other "pay by card" phones. Cell phones are notorious for loosing coverage during Tornado's. And what about the short battery life, when viewing "up to the minute" TV on it (if you can get that service). WE still need the old "stand by" By Air Emergency TV Coverage.
